The QS I-GAUGE National Summit on AI in Indian Education is a two-day national leadership platform focused on advancing responsible AI for access, equity, and excellence. Bringing together leaders from higher education, K–12 schools, and industry, the summit will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, expert-led workshops, and roundtables. Day One will focus on higher education, while Day Two will address the priorities and challenges of school education.
The summit is being convened at a time when AI is rapidly influencing teaching, learning, assessment, research, administration, and institutional decision-making. While adoption is increasing, institutions need greater clarity on governance, educator preparedness, academic integrity, data privacy, student safety, inclusive access, and measurable educational impact. The summit aims to move the conversation beyond the use of AI tools towards structured institutional readiness, responsible implementation, and quality-driven transformation.
Participants will gain practical insights into AI policy development, governance frameworks, assessment redesign, educator capacity-building, student protection, and institutional benchmarking. The summit will also provide sector-specific recommendations, opportunities for peer learning, and a clearer understanding of how AI can strengthen educational quality. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas and a roadmap to help their institutions progress from fragmented AI adoption towards responsible, sustainable, and AI-enabled excellence.
