KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (KLS GIT) is the flagship Institute of Karnatak Law Society, Belagavi established in the year 1979. KLS GIT is approved by AICTE and UGC, permanently affiliated and autonomous under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, and conferred NAAC A+ and NBA accreditation. KLS GIT offers 10 UG, including B Sc. (Hon) and B Arch, and 7 PG, including MBA, MCA, and Integrated MCA. It also runs 10 research programmes approved by VTU, Belagavi. KLS GIT has the honour of sheltering over 4500 students and more than 250 qualified and motivated faculty.

KLS GIT has Excellent infrastructure spread over 23 acres of mango meadows comprising excellent facilities like Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS),  3-D   Printing, CAD/CAM,  AI & ML, Python, Data Science & Cyber Security,  Structural & Transportation Engineering,  Digital Signal Processing, Network Analysis,   VLSI, High Voltage Engineering, Power Systems, Aerodynamics, Aircraft Propulsion and Advanced  Flight Simulation and Nano Science.
