VIT-AP University established a 100-acre campus at Amaravati on 26th July 2017 and currently offers 16 programs in the specializations of Engineering, Business, and Law. VIT-AP has a student strength of 4500+ spread across UG, PG, & Ph.D. programs from 26 states of India and 3 countries. VIT-AP has introduced many innovations in the academic process including FFCS (Fully Flexible Credit System), PBL (Project Based Learning), and fully digitized academic portals that assist students in equipping themselves for 2020. Hackathons / Makeathons are part of curriculum exercises that kindle the students' interest and curiosity. Apart from the 200-plus MoUs signed by VIT University with various international Universities; VIT-AP recently entered an exclusive agreement for a joint 2+2 program with Arizona State University, and also with the University of Michigan, Dearborn.

VIT-AP offers distinctive education through its Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs. The teaching-learning process at the institute prepares students for the future.
